About Hero Yoga
Hero Yoga, established in 2015, are Hertfordhire raised, Sophia Al-irimi of Asana Yoga, (200 Hour Teacher Training), Brazilian raised Maysa Marques (200 hour TT) and High Wycomb raised Rachel Hudson (200 hour TT). Together, Hero Yoga hope to share their passion for yoga and the benefits it brings to practitioners through organised events raising awareness and money for various charities.
