Booking In: This is how it works!
You have the option to book a 1, 2 or 3 class pass. Classes need to be taken consecutively on the day, and can be selected from the schedule below.
Click on the Book Here button under the first class you want to join.
You will be redirected to the MindBody page where you can book your tickets!
After payment please stay logged in to MindBody, and return to the CLASSES tab on the MindBody platform to book your remaining classes. You will only be charged once.
Once we have registered your booking, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you cannot attend but still want to make a donation, please click on the MAKE A DONATION link below. Otherwise proceed to choose your class from the schedule and make your £15 payment via the MindBody platform.

Rise and Shine with Daniela Dodaro
10:50am – 11:50pm
Lets salute the sun and welcome in the New Year! Daniela Dodaro will be easing you into the day, with a mindful, slow-paced, yet strong, breath and alignment based vinyasa yoga class. A regular teacher at Triyoga, Daniela’s teaching focuses on awareness of the body, equanimity of the mind and deeper inward reflection. This class will leave you feeling balanced, and energised for the day ahead.

Midmorning Stretch with Katarina Rayburn
12pm-1pm
THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT
With a background in ballet and Rocket Yoga, Katarina will lead you into a strong, energetic, graceful flow. This class welcomes any level of yoga practitioner to flow with grace and perfect alignment. This class will reconnect you with your body after the excesses of the season.

Lunch is for Wimps with Katie Ray
1pm-2pm
With over a decade in practising yoga and meditation, Katie will lead you to explore physical vinyasa flows and centred stillness. Taken from various traditions, the class will find new ways to be curious about ancient techniques. A nourishing practice for everyone.

Afternoon Immersion with Suzi Power
2pm-3pm
Suzi teaches the dynamic practice of Vinyasa flow. This class will use breathing techniques to help you to connect with your inner energy flow. We will flow elegantly through various yoga asana, using the breath to take you further into each pose. Its a class for all levels, from beginner, through intermediate, to advanced practitioner. This class will leave you feeling strong, stretched and calm.

Keep on Stretching with Jonelle lewis
3pm-4pm
Jonelle Lewis encourages us to keep on stretching, with a balanced Yin Yang Yoga class, stretching deeply into the connective tissue of the body, expanding flexibility and encouraging healing. To balance your body, there will be a steady flow to help develop stamina and strength.This class will reconnect you with your roots, and help you wind down towards the end of the day. Jonelle’s classes are set to an urban sound track and are edgy, fun and like Jonelle herself holistic and filled with a lot laughter.

Sunset Intentions with Beth Win
4pm-5pm
Bringing our thoughts back to our intentions Beth leads our last class of the day: an uplifting fluid flow which will offer an embracing, compassionate practice for the Body, Mind and Being. Yoga for one, yoga for all, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to really connect with yoga on a physical and spiritual level, gently exploring the capacity of the body and mind. This class will help you find Yoga; the experience of Oneness, and will release tensions, revitalise and energise. We will end in a final savasana allowing the body to heal and recuperate.

On purchasing a ticket from this website the applicant acknowledges, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the event. Furthermore, all applicants release Hero Yoga, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
Refunds / Cancellations Policy
Due to the nature of the event, all tickets are non refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend for reasons beyond your control please cancel your booking via the MindBody website and contact us on namaste@hero-yoga.com so we can release your mat. The space will be greatly appreciated by another yogi. Money collected for all cancelled bookings will be donated to charity.
All profits generated from this event will be donated to charities providing aid for refugees escaping the horrors of the Syrian conflict.
